I was at Von's across from your shop today, is that the Lady's car in your north stall?

Anyway, I live just down the street there in North Redondo and I will try to stop by on Saturday to say Hi and give you a couple of dead presidents for the Crue (hopefully not too Motley) or parts.

I won't be able to stay because I have other (family) stuff to attend.

and thanks again to everyone who has donated funds to the project. i think we're gonna be able to give her a proper tune up, carb rebuild AND deal with any small stuff...

BTW...
if anyone has a correct carb (rochester single barrel with cable choke) top with the air cleaner stud AND/OR a stock (or aftermarket mini) air cleaner housing to donate it would really help.
her air cleaner went missing and her carb top is messed up and missing the stud bridge.

Pretty random but my girlfriend lives in Lawndale and her dad has a shop just down the street from you, on 129th and Inglewood. I've never seen your shop and driven by there plenty of times. Guess I'll have to look harder!

I'm FINALLY getting my wagon on the road this weekend. If I get it registered and all that jazz, I'll definitely swing by and do whatever I can to help. Great thread, this is truly bitchin'!
