i just brought home a 34 cab in real good shape(need doors if anyone has any!!) just wanted to see some more of them. fenders or not, whatever. wes
Here is one more of mine from a small local show.Fraud your truck looks sweet in black must have got a straight truck! BTW anymore pics of the orange wheel one???
Last one (a HAMBer, too). Can ya tell I like the fendered, un-chopped ones? I like the nekkid ones too, but I don't fit. Apologies to anyone whose pictures I ripped off.
34Fordtk, That's the only pic I have of the orange wheels. It's a SoCal truck and I think the picture was taken at Donut Derelicts, but I don't think I shot it. Probably found it on the net. Mine was pretty straight when I bought it. The seller got it from the original owner's daughter in '68, took it apart and never did anything more with it. After moving it from house to house in a basket for 35 years, he realized it wasn't happening and offered it for sale. Luckily for me he was well organized, never lost any of it, and kept it out of the weather, so when I got it, it had 35 years less wear and tear than most of its classmates.
here's a picture of mine ,again. if I have it on the board too often I don't mean to be pushy. it's all steel except for speedway rear fenders. it also is a so-cal survior for the fifties. as far as I can find out it was rodded in '57 or '58 by somebody in Passadena who shortened the bed to the back of the frame.
Sorry, can't bring his name to mind, but the truck was built as a close copy of Roy Desbrow's early 50s truck.I bet 50fraud knows him.It is sweet!50fraud,I LOVE your pu!!!
Lowlife, that black '34 with the slicks and wicked stance is WILD!!! Man i would love to see some detailed shot's of that! Rat..
