How about some vanilla SBC along with all these out of the ordinary engines.Here is mine in my 56 Chevy.Got 2X4s I am going to put on it later.

Thanks..Skratch painted it..and put some metal flake in the clear.the color is a GM code 2170 Citrus Green..it kinda grows on ya.
when it got here it changed my entire color scheme for my build

Another SBC... Looks unassuming enough, but gets me in the 12's...

 

My '54 Hudson Hornet 308 and my '57 Chevy Two-Ten 355.

 

Here's the 348 in my 59 Belair. It was built as a mostly stock 350 Hp 348.

1971 307sbc. came in my 63 impala when i got it. it had 327 valve covers, wasnt a 327. go figure. has voodoo cam, edelbrock performer intake, headers, hei, demon jr 525cfm carb. new everything else. I know its a 307 but hell, it came with the car and i have about 400 total in it, and its the first motor ive ever rebuilt. I love it, i dont know why.
