I personally am trying to get a hold of my parents 1960 Corvair in Colorado and drive it back here to Wisconsin. They have had it nearly my whole life, but I never cared for it as a kid. They are talking about getting rid of it, so I think it would be a good fit in my garage. It's in pretty good condition with nice paint, but they have problems with the gas heater. Will need to get that up and running for the Wisconsin winter. That will be a good winter protect for me and my son. I will post pics when I get it here.

  10. My dad and I are going to attempt to get his 1952 Ford back on the road and have it HAMB 09 ready.
The first pic is him back in the 60's and the other is us getting it in the garage to start on it. He's already done some body work on it. Wants to keep the flatty in it, and have it nosed, decked, shaved...the whole shebang. We'll see..... although I can't wait!!!!!!:D:D:D

Just traded part of a s-10 for this. Main reason for getting it is I can get 2 58 4 doors for parts, and I have a rebuilt 350 and auto I pulled from the s-10.

Me a Ford guy building a Chevy, it might get interesting.

58 looks like a good project but I'm secretly diggin the towpig ;) Although not HAMB friendly, looks like a killer truck. I'lle say a 92-00 Crewcab with an 03+ noseclip?

  23. My '57. All orig. Needs usual rust repair - floors, cab corners, etc. Going to hop up the 235, maybe swap to a friendlier 4 spd (granny low won't be any good for the street), drop it a few, steels with spiders and maybe trim rings. I'd say a couple winters' work.
