Hi all. Glen here been lurking for a while wanting to build up and work on any kind of coupe. Found this '49 chevy through a friend here in Baltimore and anxious to get it going. I'm new to working and the building process of these old cars, but saw alot of talent on here. Most of my work comes from old Harley's. Here's a few phone pics sorry.
Hey Glenn, Welcome from Parkville, Bel Air road and the beltway. Let me know If i can help you out with that coupe. I have a 51 Fleetline radical custom in my albums...might give you some ideas John
Thanks all. Looks like alot of talent on here, I've got alot to learn. Cool John thanks. Yeh I picked this up in Parkville off Harford Rd behind the Dodge Dealer? Dudes name is Josh a buddy of mine. He's got a '52.
I thought that looked like his chevy. His HAMB handle is baltobeater. I stopped by his house on my way to the mobtown greaseball a couple of months ago
Hey Glen. Welcome aboard buddy. John, he picked this car up from my house. It belonged to a friend of ours. I still have my 52, as I mentioned in the ECIN '08 thread. Now I understand why you thought I sold my car.
Ive thought of doing an old race car with Natty Boh sponsorship as well as UTZ chips and Hanover shoes, McCormick spice. That would be pretty cool I think
