Wow, your rear quarters are really solid. Mine were just awful, I don't know if you saw the pics but I have a ton of hours rebuilding my rear wheel openings. Mine was real ****py behind the back bumper too, hopefully yours will be clean back there when the bumper comes off.
Fingers crossed on the area behind the bumper. I've done some spot sanding around the areas which look "bad," and while there are some definite pin-holes, it doesn't look like the whole thing is rotted out. It'll be a very different story when I get to my front wheels. . .I already know the p***enger's side is toast and I've got a few areas along the front doors which are gonna need some serious attention. . .a few minor "dings" (more like bruises) but nothing too too major. . .one divot on the roof, but since I'm doing metal flake on the roof, it won't be apparent to the eye. . . I'd be curious to see your pics, Squablow. . .just to see what I might be up against on the fronts. . .
there's nothing ***yer than a girl with a gun!!!! P.S great job, I think its gonna turn out well in the end!
I see you had to remove one of Dart's fine peices. Shame. Tell him Art Geco says hi if Ya see him. Nice work, keep it up.
I actually have several pics of that piece and will be framing them this weekend, but no worries. He'll be re-doing all the pinstriping on her once her paint is shot. Her "tramp stamp" will be back, better than ever. Will do, see him almost everyday. . .
Damn girl you keep chuggin along on this thing and I will just have to hire you to come work at my shop so **** will get done. Good job lady. Mike
If you would prefer not to take the time to go down to bare metal in that area, you can just wire brush the livin heck outta it and coat it with some POR-15. Ideal? No. Close to bullet proof and quick? Yes! Just depends on how much time you've budgeted. Its lookin reeeeeeeal good!
