  1. I read a USA Today article about Clint Eastwood's new movie ("Gran Torino") this morning ... in the article, Clint states "I have a '32 Ford Roadster that I always wanted when I was a kid and never could afford."

Just curious ... Anyone know anything about this car? ... a Hot Rod? ... a Street Rod? ... or a Restored Car?

NOTE: I typically don't read USA Today ... but I'm on a business trip and my hotel provides a free copy every morning. If your interested, just click HERE to read the entire article.

  2. Don't know anything about the car, unfortunately, but I sure would like to see it. Maybe we could get Clint to come onboard the HAMB.:)

Clint Eastwood is a car freak, the Jag XK150 that he drove in "Play Misty for Me" was his own personal car.

Nicest guy you could ever meet? I sure hope not. I like to think that he would have leather for skin, gravel in his throat and be a total smartass. That's the Clint that I want to meet

  18. Where's that picture of Jay Ward and Clint at the gas station...

So here's a question...in my best Superfans voice from Saturday Night Live... "If Clint Eastwood and Chuck Norris were to get in a fight... who'd win?"

this from freep.com, about the movie Gran Torino: When violence erupts and spills onto his property, he (Eastwood's character) utters through clenched teeth a line destined for the Eastwood career highlight reel: "Get off of my lawn."
Maybe ol Clint is already a member of the HAMB Old Farts' Club?:D

Hhhmmmm, depends if Chuck's feet breaking the sound barrier while doing a round house kick would count as a weapon or not.
