shooting for it to be therebut it looks like Im going for the Detroit show instead as the client has changed the scope to be more of a detailed higher end build than before. COOL
I may go.The toy show is usually pretty good even if there aren't many traditional cars.I was told last year that the whole thing was going to be smaller and the building was to be torn down soon after.I guess it was all wrong.I should have gone. A month after I'm flying out to San Jose' with Steve to drive the "30 Day Wonder"up to Sacramento.THAT's a show to get excited about!
We go every year. Something to do, but seems to be going to the ricers! I guess that's what's Hot now. Use to be a good show in the 80's, Seems like less cars and more people selling NASCAR stuff!
Just sent in the paperwork for my HemiRod. By the way, thanks for the email Newsletter! Very professional, and a great read.
I want to see some real celeb's...none of this Foose variety Maybe some guy named Aaron? or the Schaeffers, if i'm in luck!
I honestly would love to go back to the show someday,But I was banned for life, but the show does sound good this year,so everyone enjoy it.
So I guess a trophy is out of question again this year, John??? Look on the bright side...it gives you more time to work on getting a magazine feature!
No Keith,I dont want that anymore.I want to be forgiven for all the stupid shit I said about that show, and I just want to drive my car,my cars nice but not nice enough for car shows,or magazine features,so I can live with it.
Now you're thinking, John...it's all about driving and enjoying your car!! Go to the show as a spectator and have a great time!
Lenny.......I'll be there with a couple of club members probably on Friday night. None of my cars are show quality so I'll be just a lowly spectator this year (again). Jim
Lenny, Are you going to be setting up thursday night? I may be helping a friend set-up, I will look for you if I do? Chris
