expertise needed Identify these headlights and fenders

My Dad has moved on and is hotrodding up in heaven so I am going thru some of the things in his garage and I don't know what these interesting headlights fit. The headlights are 10 1/4 inches in diamiter and 6 inches deep. I think the fenders are for 33 or 34 ford sedan.....Thanks in advance for the help...Bill

 

Are the fenders 32 sedan fenders?

 

No, not 32 Ford sedan. They might possibly be woodie or panel delivery. Or maybe not even ford.

 

I would guess Chevy from around 1928.

Any Idea's on the lights....the fenders appear to be 33 or 34 ford woody fenders...I compared them to my 33 truck fenders and thay are the same size and shape just mount different.....Thanks
