Sorry, but it is going to stay full hieght for now. Seems like all the tudors in my area are chopped three inches, i want something different. Funny thing is i chopped alot of those and filled their roofs.
Mike i just realised who you are. I have attendedsome of the Customs Northwest events over the years in Graham Wash. Too bad they moved though,a little too far to go now and we realy liked the state park.
Drive the wheels off both of mine. Salt is on the roads now. But I alternated between the '62 and the Ranchero everyday to work for 8 months straight. Why own 'em if you can't enjoy them. Ranchero has supercharged cobra motor with a stick. The '62 has a Vortec motor with a 5-speed. I work in Chicago alot for service calls and drove one of them every time.
steve, I,m gonna stray off topic a bit but I havto say in reference to your avatar, that my first rod looked much the same as yours, only grey primer and solid wheels with whitewalls and 46 ford hubcaps. It was one of 3 rods in my town, running a smallblockchevy. [circa 1957] It was my part time car my other was my old mans hand me down 47 Dodge cpe.
yes own it but it dosn,t look like this just finished rebuilding it and if the rain stops I will drive it
I don't own the car but I do own up to living the phrase. I don't own the character, he owns me... I wish I owned the car and that he would disown me. My wife wishes I would disown the phrase and so do my kids...
mine has straps that go over my shoulders and i make engine noises as i walk around with it. if you count that driving
I drive mine as much as possible. Not right now though with salt snow and ice but from april till novemeber at least several times per week. have put over 35,000 miles on it since restoration. (2000)
Well, I'm on the title, I pay the insurance, I work on it, so yes, I'd say it's mine. I drive it every chance I get.
I was gonna say that I own mine.....but Jigger said it better - he owns me. As for the 255 Merc I'm beating the valves out of in my avatar.......let's just say I had a lot better luck with the valvetrain than getting those #$%^!@ pistons out! Tim D.

Don't drive it, but do own it. Bought at an antique shop for 5 bucks. Am intending to put on back of bumper car now. And when I get a classic car I plan to put it on the front of that.
You have more money in the banger than the whole rest of the car? Okay, I spose I can see that, is there a thread on it (the mill)?
I own it and drive it almost daily, once the salt hits the road its in the shop. It's been to the Round Up and all over Indiana.

Own it, never driven it. Picture is from Fremont in 1965. Seems like I collect old rails that at 6'5", I don't fit in.
I changed mine, this is one of my favorite photos. Took it while sitting on the drop zone during jump week of the Basic Parachute Course while I was posted to the Parachute Training School. The C130 is at 1000ft and this was taken with a 600mm lens. Man I miss this shit. Madjack, damn that thing looks like Tony Nancy's 22jr T, I LOVE that car! Cant find any good pics of it though. Doc
YES! Drive it every chance I get. Right now she's down with a steering demon! Luckily I have a spare car to pick from, unluckily it is 4 1/2 hours away at a friends in OK.
