I quote Plowboy from the thread, confessions of HAMBer

"2. I prefer girls with big hair, fake boobs, and black spandex mini skirts with "Poison" written in bright green letters right across their ass. Bonus points if they aren't wearing panties and aren't too shy to flash their biscuit."

"6. If a band played on the sunset strip in the 80's or early 90's I probably like them. If you have a problem with that kind of music, send me all of your CD's (because everyone has them and most people are just to "cool" to admit it) I will make sure they receive a place of honor in my collection. I will also happily crank my Cinderella, KIX, and Motley Crue CDs on my stereo while others are "posing"."

Atomic punk... Live Wire!.... the revolution is coming!

Who else on here was full metal jacket in the 80's? thats right you rode that crazy train for a full decade,or you are still goin off the rails.

with that said I shall bequeath my model a tudor with the title.... Appetite for Destruction!(cue lightning and flash cannons)

I propose a declaration that we may now say Ratt rod on the HAMB but you have to use 2 t's and throw the "horns" with one hand while you type with the other

anyone else rockin' the 80's metal names for their rides?

speak up! our time has come once again to rule.

    Stay hungry you twisted sisters!

I was all about the Hair Metal back then and still proudly play it today. I spent most of my life playing in Hair Metal Bands and loved every second of it. See pics below.........

Kerry, you were one hot dude! I played the cymbols in the high school marching band and only dreamed of being that cool.

I like to kick it Ol Skool, I'm talking about when Enuff Z' Nuff and Tigertailz were using Z's long before Ol Skool Rodz was!

When you call out a name like "Appetite" you had better be prepared to show some pics of a nasty ass model A. Sitting high with a crate small block ain't gonna cut it with a name like that....so let's see the pics!

No, that is not a Garter in that pic but I did wear them. Toward the end of that band I was wearing fishnets and feather boa's with Bleached blond hair that stood about 8 inches off the top of my head. We looked like chicks but like I said, the girls back then dug it and we all had HOT ass girlfriends. Man, I do miss those days sometimes. I have a MILLION stories about that s**t.

I knew the guys in Enuff Z'Nuff and used to play the same circuit as them.

Well...hair metal sucks (sorry guys, but it's how I feel lol) but the songs (and album titles, apperantly) make great car names...

I grew up with classic rock, then got into punk when I was 12. I too named my model A after a song I like...

    TOTAL IMMORTAL

I was a massive AFI fan, and that was one of my favorite songs...and I think it works because traditional hot rods are immortal, timeless image and style.

Musically, I am NOT into bands like Poison. I always liked the glam look but loved Early Aerosmith, Early KISS, UFO, etc.....So take UFO, smear some lipstick and eyeliner on them and you'll get what my bands were all about.

Why we are all sharing our 80's metal car names, I might as well show off my new project "Sweet Little Vikki". Of course I don't have to tell you all that was a Tattoo Rodeo song....

I knew Derek and Vikki from Enuff Z'Nuff the best out of all of them. Vikki left them to play with Vince Neil and Derek died a few years ago.
