Thanks that leaning tower of power keeps leaning over too far. In honour of your help here is one for you that matches you web name. 63 Dodge 426 with rare Nascar single four intake REV2 intake. My summer cruiser. Here is what I call the competitors view. The last although maybe too new was my shining hour. Best car I ever built and as you can see was a ball to drive. 4150 lbs of MOOPOWER with my nephew driving . With me add another 100

I was hoping this car would be in this thread when I clicked on it,it's one of my favorite rods, partly due to the slant six. I have a slant 6 in my pickup truck but it's way too new to post here.

Damn, another show off thread... Oh well, here we go :D

    1957 Chrysler Windsor
Stock 354 poly and driveline. If I can find some Hemi heads for it I'll be thinking of doing a Hemi-conversion.
I removed all paint of the painted chrome items to get rid of the scary '80s vibe this car had.
Fabbed-up a bullet-grille to give it some more 'face'.

    1957 Plymouth Belvedere
Still underway is this poor girl in 'major project state'. The current, stuck engine will be replaced by something 'nice' from the '60s. I'm thinking stroked 440, Roots-supercharged, beefy Torqueflite, Dana-rear end. This baby will be NOT be your average Christine ;)

    1959 Dodge Coronet
Bought as a somewhat abandoned project. This is a major one. Just about everything needs to be taken care off.
Luckily most of the chrome parts were already rechromed.

    1960 Chrysler NewYorker
The orginal 413 in it had spun a rod-bearing so a stroked 440 (496") found it's way in the enginebay. I topped it off with an original longram intake system.

    1962 Chrysler NewYorker wagon
When I bought the car it had a non-original 440 in it, which I replaced with a more correct 413 from a '65 Imperial.
This engine is currently getting a bit tired so I will be replacing it with a 392 Hemi I have in the rebuilt stages.

Here's a couple of my old Plymouth, a '48 business coupe that I've owned for over 30 years. Ran it for a couple years with the stock 6 running on 5 (!) thanks to a badly burnt valve. Then swapped in a Dart 318/727 combo which lasted about 10 years. It's all custom under the stock sheet metal now thanks to Ray Lund of Simi Valley, Ca. Runs a MoPar Performance 360 pallet motor, A500 automatic overdrive tranny and 9" rear axle with 4.11 gears. Mustang II on a Z'd stub frame, C'd and narrowed rear rails w/ mini tubs. The best part is that it's got lots and lots of road rash! It ain't fancy, but I like it.

Thanks. It could use a freshen-up, but I'm too busy enjoying it to take it apart.

My old '63 Dodge Custom 880 hardtop wagon, I sold this to a friend in 1999, and this is a pic he took of it shortly after he bought it.

383 2-bbl, auto, AM, heat, air, 6-passenger, with '70 Chrysler Road wheels on it. Even had curb feelers!

    Fun car!
