Normally, I'd have a preference for how the truck originally looked (but with Chrome domes and steelies), but in this case, I have to say I like both incarnations!
    Ya' did alright, Todd.
Thanks for sharing for your truck with us.

    Carbs & Chrome,

    Nice pics. Those all yours?
I especially like the white one (the big pic, above), and the short and narrow job with the flat black paint job on the page before.
    Real nice work.

  8. Well...it will eventually be a nice blend of the two versions (eventually). Going back to red/white as original, with the current ride height and rolling stock. Probably wider steelies though.

Thanks for the compliments...and here's a better picture:

    Todd,

Sounds great. Can't wait to see the finished product.

...uh, btw, aren't those Chevy hubcaps?

  10. wow...that hurt. Absolutely NOT!

They're '51 FORD passenger car wheels/hubcaps with the "F" painted red, courtesy of a fellow HAMB'er...

    Todd,

    My most sincere apologies.
NOT try to be a smartalec. That was an actual question.
    Thought I saw bow-ties.
Again, sorry. You have a really nice truck.
