Odds are that I was standing on the other side of that track!

Don't miss those metal rails at all though! Especially after seeing Boyd stuff his Red Turkey rail into it!

    Thanks for the memories! :)

It's not that old a picture, taken last summer, but it is an original
    T-bolt.

Another big fan of the early Pro car, the first 10 years or so. At least on the surface they still resembled what the manufacture created.

  12. Did Bunny run that '68 in the P/S class? If so, that's the first 67/68 I've seen set up for Pro Stock. Very cool...

  14. Sandy Elliot was another Canuck doing battle in the Stock and Pro Stock classes. Nicely put together cars and definitely unique paint jobs!

  16. Even though I bleed Ford-blue, the RS-nosed Camaro was one of my favorite body styles. Bruce Larson and Grumpy.

Richie Zul is one of the good guys. he was on the circuit with my brother back in the day. Someone I never see any pics of or hear about is Pete LaFons, anybody here remember him? He ran a pro stocker back in teh day as well.

  20. This run was about 45 minutes after winning class over Watson & Needham. First round of street eliminator. No Christmas tree in '62. All eliminator brackets were heads up racing. I got around the '58 Impala C/G winner, but lost to Sam Parriot in the next round.

John Hagen, my all time favorite driver. His GREEN '68 Cuda was my all time
favorite car bur never got any good pictures of it. The green and gold on his 68 in the sun was just spectacular. Here is his Duster">
