I just joined the H.A.M.B. a couple of days ago, to check out some of the '33-'34 Ford projects. Some of you may recognize the '34 I purchased a few weeks ago as I think it may have been discussed on here last fall, along with the Flathead that was listed in the same auction. Neither the car nor the Flathead sold at the auction and I purchased the '34 later. The gal still had the Flathead when I purchased the car but I didn't have the money at that time to buy both. I have a couple of other projects to finish before I start on the '34 but I will be collecting parts as I find them. The owner of the car was a friend of mine and he died of a heart attack at age 66. I will be building the car in his memory… I have attached pictures of the '34 and Flathead.

  2. Nice car. Will it still have a flathead when done? That would get my vote!

    Tim,

I'm not sure at this time what it will have. I may go talk to her about the Flathead when I get some money saved up. (if she still has it) I also have a 327 and Muncie 4 speed that isn't doing anything at the moment, so I don't know...

Which ever engine you choose will be fine. Keep us posted as it gets finished.
