They take control of it next week. That Big Boy is gonna wear Boots, as per Norco City Council. He was supposed to wear a Stetson but his image is trade marked (Wouldn't want to cover the Pomp) so he just gets the boots instead.
I take it that it's gonna open pretty soon.

Boots!!! I'm guessing to protect his feet from the BS coming from the city counsil...

Poor Big Boy, it's hard to stand up for yourself if you're a fibergl*** statue.

    Doug,
C'mon now that would be trade mark infringement. Lil Stinko from 2EE's would raise a stink! :D

I think of MooTowes when I hear about Norco;).

The city council there said he had to be regulation compliant. I guess that sh*t kickin boots!

Cyclone, That is amazing..boots?... all the Norconian horsetownies have to have thier precious little western influences.... how about scratch and sniff cowpattie burgers..

Speaking of western influences, does anyone remember "nudies" pink cadillac with the Steer Horns on the front hood??

    Just wondering...

The cruise is tomorrow, My Cell phone is dead, Won't take a charge. The plan is anyone wanting to take off from Bob's Toluca Lake, PM or post here so that I know to go. Let me know so that I don't drive over there and no ones there.
I thought that I might be driving the 34 rdstr, but I may just be driving the 51 Jeepster. It depends?
C'Dueced is in the hospital waiting on a cardiologist and I have been there (Saugus) all day. She sends her regards, but again is pissed that she's missing the cruise.

Do what you can to attend. I'll try to be @ Bob's by 9am we'll leave @ 9:30am, no stops this time though. cuz we have to meet the guys @ the Broiler by noon.
The streets can be funny in and around Pasadena. Alhambra, Monterey Park. Rest of the way freewheelling!

My car won't be there. Hope to catch a ride with my son-in-law in the AM. We're going for smoked tuna tacos, served by chicas in tight skirts after the stop at Harvey's. Join us, if you'd like. It's the stuff my cardiologist wants me to eat. maybe not the cold beers, but the tacos...

After Harvey's cruise. It's called Mazatlan. It's on Lakewood Blvd, in Bellflower, across the street from Mid Cities Honda.

My son-in-law's back went out and we had to cut out early. If anybody still wants to make a taco run, let me know and we'll do it soon. Sorry 'bout that.

Thanks to everone that attended the Demo-Cruise! It was a beautiful day and the coolest cars were parked under that canopy and in the lot! When it's done we'll do it over again, but weekly.

    Kevin,
Thanks for you efforts on this. So many people say that things should be done, but fewer actualy do them. You, sir, are one of those few that take action.

There was a gentelman taking pictures from the window of a Dodge Magnum with flames. Will he be posting any of his Photos anywhere?
    Thanks.

    .
