A guy here in New York has a Fiat 600 like the one on ebay. He has a small block chevy in it. It is built very nice. The car was featured on the show My Classic Car. He was attending the Syacuse Nationals when he was asked for an interview. Sorry no pictures.

I can't find some of my pictures from the Nats, I just got that picture from a goggle search. I'm sure your right! When I first saw this picture online the truck it didn't look like I remembered it. I said mid 60's but it might have been later, I just did more searches and this backup pickup was campained in the early 70's. A picture of the original must be out there somewhere---
Try this-looks like the same driver for both sponsers Dick Harding. http://www.americanjetcars.com/photos/miscpics/misc3.htm

  4. I didn't see that anybody labeled this photo. This Ladies and Gentleman is Stormin' Norman Cowdry. He opened a body shop on Sherman Way and Corbin in SFV, Norms Auto Body. He's retired now and his son Norman runs it now. Looks just like him too.

I couldn't find the Roto-Faze Austin Healey but I'm surprized nobody has posted that one yet. That picture is one of my favorites.

Here's some oddballs I did find (same Vespa from when it was on ebay). I have no idea what's going on in the first photo nor do I remember where I got it from (probably from here).

The first picture is the Ramchargers car:

Thanks for the link! That's pretty cool, I love the "shift damnit" line on the tach. I take it this car was pretty sucessful then. Amazing that it still exists.

    I'm always learning something here:)

  16. I can dig it too. I don't care what anybody thinks. What it was compared to what it is makes it way bitchin'. Deal with it. I know I am heheheh.

I wish the pic was better , but this was in the parking lot at the Bristol Springnationals in the 70's. Had a straight axle and Goodyear Bluestreaks on the back.Thats realkustom51 in the white shirt and a neighborhood friend that we were trying to convert to hot rods. I was takin the pic.Learned to always scan the parking lot for the wild stuff.:D

Not sure if it's a Gasser or a Streetfreak but i did try to follow the Gasser rules but had to raise the rear to accomodate the new rear wheel and tyre combo in time for the show season but the rear will be lowered back down soon ;)
