Me too. & Kongrats Kory on ROD & KULTURE pheature. Bought a copy the other day- Lots of very cool gear. Reminds me of Jim Potter (?) & Andy Southard &Happy Days, very 50's. Very comprehensive- I bought it and left the big glossy one on the shelf !

One thing I've been working on for a while. Trying to progress into the realm of creating art work on the computer

this shark is for my aunt and uncle, they love saltwater fish and this is what they wanted!

 

I'm a newbie, and after lurking for a few weeks finally signed up. Love the weekly art shows and will plan to participate each week. For starters here are two.

 

Thanks man. My bro Customcory is the artist in our family and not me. He can tell you that this was about the 3rd car i've ever drawn but wanted to play on Friday art show with everyone else. Pretty damn fun too! Thanks again. Andy Vaughn

 

I got yours wrong ! No art show for a month..

p.s. MY brother's got a '41 Cad in a forties speedboat ( 'Mary- Lou'). 20'er made of Brazilian mahogany. First speedboat in S.E. S.A. Barn find.
It came from a clearance sale in 90's. Didn't sell. They were gonna burn it . Some cat snatched it for a carton of beer. Eventually sold to bro around $2500. He's knocked back $10,000. There's an old colour pic of it with 4 folks ( including babes ) skiing behind it. It's sound but needs a full resto including mill.
Who knows how many $ it's worth fresh & afloat on Sydney harbour ?
