  1. Are those 14" wheels? They look a little small. I´d go for a Supreme and pinner white combo.

Could someone make the white walls wider and paint the black part of the wheels a nice bright candy apple green?

    Thanks!

  9. How very dare you!:D Looks good - I like your scallop job.

Volgas are Soviet era Russian cars. Reminds me of a Henry J somehow.

Could somebody give me some paint ideas for this merc? I was thinking a dark maroon or blue with maybe flake or maybe not and maybe scallops or maybe not. Is that noncommittal enough for you?..........

Ok guys, don't take this as anything but constructive criticism. I have a few tips to help you get the best out of your photoshop requests (and it'll make things way easier for the guy who takes on your project).
-- no obstructions in you photos. Try not to have anything in the way of your ride.
--have a complete vehicle (it's tough to photoshop cars that are missing alot of parts).
-- background--try to take a profile shot, or a slight angle shot. Unless you want specific hood or decklid design done. Try to keep the background as clear as possible. Other cars, clutter, etc. make it tough sometimes.
--try to have a shot without shadows falling on the car
--a pic with the entire ride in frame. It's kind of a drag to have some great ideas for a car, but you don't wanna work on it because it's only partially there.
--try not to lose your patience with a photochop request. You may want a lot done, and this stuff takes a lot of time (sometimes, quite a few hours).
    --trailer shots kinda suck
It's fun to work on yer rides, and it feels good to help you out with your ideas. Just a few things that make it easier for us.
    Any other tips photochoppers?

Good list. My one additional request would be; if you specify a type of wheel or product, include a picture of that too. That way all the images needed are in the same place and don't need to be searched for.

Yes, that was what I was looking for. :D I have thought about painting the wheels and would like them to match the color of the top eventually. Thank you very much for your time and I hope it was not to much trouble.

ARTWELDER--an absolutely great idea! I can't tell you how many times I wanted to work on someone's project but haven't been able to find what they are looking for (sometimes because my car culture lingo isn't up to snuff). A pic of what they want would be even better! Or a link to what they want. Good suggestion.

Even though I am an aspiring photographer and have both photoshop elements and cs3 i still don't really know how to use it. I have a falcon wagon I'm getting painted hopefully sometime soon and was wondering if anyone could help photoshop it into the new color scheme for me please. Heres a few pictures(sorry for the bad picture it was way too cold to take any time and get a perfect one and my battery went dead so i couldn't look at them when i took them.[IMG][/IMG]
This one is better but it sits lower in the rear now and has the wheels as in the other picture.[IMG][/IMG]

What is the new color scheme?

I can do a write up on how to change colors.

I don't know what a watson paintjob is, but here's the drop and hubcaps (I think. I googled 54 olds hubcaps and got these):

  28. I spray the car with the airbrush tools. Then add highlights and shadows.
