The "college student" is a THIEF, plain and simple! The little ******* needs some "rearrangement" of his business plan, it would appear.

Hey, Bone Yard Chop Shop boy - I have noticed you have not had the stones to repost after your hit-n-run post. You can not justify your actions as a THIEF of people's talent and work. You are nothing more than a fu*king snake, who feels en***led to do whatever you want to, regardless of what happens. In your mind, on your planet, there are no consequences for your actions. ********, pal! There ARE consequences to your actions, both legal and moral...both of which you obviously don't give a rat's *** about! The logo that you stole as your own creation says volumes about you and your little buddies.

All I can say to you is - what goes around, comes around. You had better be very concerned. Period. You are too stupid and self-centered to give a ****. Your world is "me, me, me!", and fu*k everyone else! Low-life *******s like you always get what you so richly deserve.

Here, let me fix this for you for your little web site on cafepress.com: BEFORE:

Thanks for taking the time to look at my store. Were this a**** other things is my art. My name is Jonathan, just a college student with a ton of ideas. Not some big business or some rich fat guy collecting money. Take the time to look through all of my art and you might like some things on here. or if you have an idea you want me to create for you on a shirt email me and let me know. again thanks to all of you or this wouldn't be possible. -Jonathan- The Bone Yard Chop Shop @ yahoo.com ( No Spaces when you send an email)

AFTER: Thanks for taking the time to look at my little house of plagiarism. Were this, a**** other things, is art I've outright stolen form others without compensation to sell as my original art. My name is Jonathan, just a crooked little ******* masquerading as a college student with a ton of ideas of how to steal stuff from others. Not some big business, or some rich fat guy collecting money the honest, moral, and legal way, but dishonestly, because that's who I am. Take the time to look through all of my art I've stolen from others and you might like the great ideas I've stolen here. If you have an idea you want me to rip off or that I can rip off and call my own for a shirt, email me or let me know. Again, thanks to all of you that have noticed I've ripped off the talents I've claimed as my own intellectual property, or none of this would be possible. - Jonathan the ****ing plagarizing crooked ******* .

theboneyardchopshop@yahoo.com Please bombard me with emaill so that my computer will jam up and cease to operate. Thanks.

I like how his shop page says "my art" but when called out on it, suddenly it's "created by a group of 18 college students." OH OKAY.

HAHAHA. Why am I not surprised?

Unfortunately this happens all the time.... I have found my Gear Drive logo used in fliers for car shows, one in Indy and another in California the same year. It's good to see places like the HAMB watching the web for all of us...

I may have not drawn the art but I had to pay for it....

Hey Cameron, I just saw this. Sorry to see you have to deal with it, I know how hard you work at it, but then again, I'm glad to see it resolved. Take care and give a call some time...

Your wish has been granted, or at least a Beta version of it has. You can upload a picture to Tineye and it wil attempt to locate other appearances of that image online.

ETA: I see 4woody blew my doors off about Tineye. I knew I should have read the whole thing before posting!

EMAIL ME IF YOU ARE INTERESTED XJONATHANDEANX@YAHOO.COM
I wanted to know if you were up for trading for my 1994 chevy s-10. it has a full air suspension, it has tons of new parts but this past weekend it blew the head gasket. But I can trailer it to you for free. I went out and started it up and it put out white smoke ande then I cut it off. I did a compression check and it is a blown head gasket. It was never driven with it blown. Fixed this car would sell for about 5k and painted about 7k. I listed everything about it below. Please let me know wether or not. Thanks.
It has 4 slam specialty bags, 1 vair 480 compressor and ½ valves up front and ¾ in the rear. The entier system was replaced 1 month ago. So it is all brand new. And it completely lays frame all the way around and will raise up to stock height. There is ¾ thick steel welded all the way around the frame to prevent damage. The motor was raised up also. And has a wishbone rear suspension.
And just so you know this is the sixth vehicle I have built and I am not some amiture at building, everything is done right. The first time.
The body is stock except that the front end is a 1999 chevy conversion as well as the interior. And the paint is not spray paint but just the clear coat sanded to prep for paint or leave how it is for that old school look.
The below is all the new parts on the truck
    -Clutch
    -Flywheel
    -Distributor cap, rotor and gear
    -The entire igniton system
-All the brakes and brake line and brake booster
    -The tires and rims
-Cooling system was converted to igniton controlled
    -A/c system was replaced
    -Clutch master cylinder
    - rear end fluid and gasket
    -trans gear fluid
    - THE MOTOR IS A 2.2 STRAIGHT 4. AND THE LOWER END WAS REBUILT 7 MONTHS AGO.
The only thing wrong with the truck is a blown head gasket, a 40 dollar part,. I would recommend replacing instead of swopping out with a small block just because of all the new parts. But it is easy do that as well.

A brilliant thing to see the next day. At least he apologized....somewhat. It's kinda like my niece when she sees a quarter on the table and takes it. I'll see her and say, "Hey, did you put that in your pocket?" and she returns with, "Ah, I was just kidding." But she's adorable.....and 4. Maybe Bone Yard Chop Shop is adorable......and 4.:D

This reminded me that it's a good idea to clear out photobucket/imageshack/etc. often so the stuff posted in the art threads doesn't sit there forever for someone to steal.

i just checked out the cafe press deal for the first time, that whole website is ****ed up, doing a search under hot rod came up with several diffent items that had pictures i origionaly took just altered slightly, mostly just color change, there's also several items with friends cars either in picture form or drawings that i know for a fact they didn't approve and sure as hell haven't gotten a dolar from any of the sales. there's also images from tuck and zombie as well as others on there but without there name or any credit to them. i know this
    http://shop.cafepress.com/design/23990425
is a piece of zombie's artwork because i remember it from the old ckd ads yet his sig is gone from the art.

this stuff has never really bothered me, as i've seen abunch of my pictures (which i'm not a photographer or artist) on other websites but when someone makes money off your stuff with out giving any credit to you it's pretty screwed up. i'm going to photo bucket and am deleting all my bonneville/ el mirage/ drag pics, **** these thiefs.

  23. What the hell kind of mentality is that? "I'm not the 1st to do it, I wont be the last. Where's the problem?" Is this a good defense for commiting a crime?
"Well your honor, had I known I would get CAUGHT, I'd have NEVER commited a crime!"

How many profiles are you going to open here? You'd be better off just laying low and letting it blow over.

By the way, why did you think it was okay to steal the artwork in the first place, if this is indeed you...

it was a dumb idea, i had a website of my graphic design 2 years ago and did not trademark it. it was all stolen and put on t-shirthell.com, cafepress.com, and many others. The Shop i worked for went bankrupt due to the economy and i had no way of making money. so i figured i would do what others had done to me. i used the company name and tried to make something to live on. there is no student or school. its me by myself. have you ever been in a situation were you were faced with loosing your ****y apartment and had to steal to live. im not proud of it but i admit i did it. its all over now. its all gone.
