    Some old Scorpion Dragster shots I have been sitting on.
    1-S 1 before the striping was finished.
    2-S 2 at Bakersfield CA.
    3-S 2 crash at Caddo Mills April 59.
    4- S 3 Green Vally.
    5- S 3 Engine after crash at Green Vally. Thats me in white shirt and U. S. Kids driver Skipper Harder in the thinking pose.

    Ok, Now that you have seen all that .
    Come to the Dallas Autorama next week end , Feb 13-14-15, 2009. See both Scorpion 1 and 5. Meet Bobby and Ruth Langley in person all day Saterday. We will roll both cars out the big over head doors three times Sat.12:00, 3:00, 7:00 and once Sun. 3:00. and Crank up for a loud fule cackle.

    Again not in motion but interesting, can not remember where we took these shots, any one recognize the track? Somewhere in division 1, Cayuga maybe, Henry.

  20. The '27 Street Roadster (Ai Fiberglass components) was owned by Neil Mahr from Pottstown, PA. Later raced a Top Fuel car called Super Press.

    Ya know...I was lookin' at that thing and thinkin' it looks an aweful lot like a Suburban body!!!! But the windshield and grille are blue oval!!!
