1957 Studebaker Broadmoor wagon 351cw/fmx. No interior. Radshit has been kind enough to store it for me since I rejoined the Army and though my deployments. I'd really like to get it out of his way and get working on it before we redeploy to Afghanistan.

I'm way down near the Texas coast so I think I'm out of the way to try to help haul but I get paid on Friday and if one of you Vagabonds has a paypal account, I'll drop in $20 to go toward gas money or paying someone to haul if a New Mexico/West Texas HAMBer can't start getting this thing part way to TN.

Remember fellas, Afghanistan ain't Germany or the f'n Med. ;)

PM me to let me know.

  3. If it was running, I could offer the time to bring it home.
    No interior could be interesting.

I'm not sure. I know that Neal's been real busy lately so I'm hoping he can chime in on that.

I have a good truck and trailer, and lots of time. You guys have been great to me, so I would like to help out. I would like to try to help repay you for my freedom! Let me know what I can do. I appreciate all the kindness from you all, most of all to my Vagabond brothers for starting this as I didn't feel comfortable in asking for help.

Looks like we've got someone who is willing to do the right thing. It seems like he's ready to go way out of his way. Lets get this thing coordinated and see what kind of help he needs to make this happen. For Pete's sake, the man is going off to defend our country again. He putting himself on the line to keep us safe, the least we can do is make sure he gets his car home.

Add this old vet to the list of those who will kick in 20.00 for the gas or transportation kitty.
Yahoo maps says that is 1212 and change miles the short way.

I am home at present time (we got back in November from Iraq deployment #2) just so there is no confusion. My unit will be deploying again when I don't know and couldn't say if I did at this point. Time and cash are my issues or I would just go get it myself.

Oh and welcome home Steve. I wish you guys had gotten the welcome home you deserved.

Gonna leave that in the hands of the guy that started this. So as soon as Fiddy gets it set up we'll let you all know.

cfnutcase is willing to go from Oklahoma City to Tennesee. If we can't get it to him from NM, let's raise enough money for extra gas and payment for extra time for cfnutcase to go to NM and get it. If we can help make it worth his while, maybe we can get this problem solved. If not, we need another able soul to take the car from NM to OK city. Anybody out there have any better ideas, please post them.....

we'll figger some numbers out, get a few "donations" and we'll get the mans vehicle to its home

  25. I'm still a newbie here but I believe in what goes around comes around so even though I'm geographically out of the equation I'll through a few bucks in to help pay for gas....get that paypal set up soon so we can help a brother get his car home.
