I drove the GT500 with the big block when I had a lot of extra money for gas and the GT350H with the small block when I only had a little extra money for gas.

My hotrod was an '86 Schwinn Sierra (tweaked with same drivetrain Ned Overend rode to the world championship ;-) with a 70s Varsity converted to coaster/MTB for winter use. I think that was the year I made studded tires for the Varsity.

    I also had a '74 Caprice Cl***ic for a short time.

The next year I bought a '70 Chevelle for my daily transport - my first 'nice' old car.

Still have most of the Varsity, though it has a Continental frame now.

36 Plymouth Coupe, had a 283 in it. Lowered it with a 35 Chevy I beam axle that had been stretched to a 6 inch drop, that bolted up to the stock springs.

Had wrecked my vega and could not afford to drive the my 67 camaro everyday while going to college so I sold it and bought something fuel effecient that I could modify. I can't show it as it was not HAMB friendly but it was either a lowered Suzuki Samari on 15x8 Enkei's with 205/5015 tires (including the spare) with green blue and pink graphics or my all red convertible/ scissor lift bed Nissan 720 PU (lowered hard, 4 lug conversion on 15" Ronai wheels)

    Oh hell why not:

dont have a scanned pic of my red nissan

I wasn’t even born yet. If I was alive and been driving I would have been driving my dad's 55 Chevy 210 Del Ray, 76 Corvette (non-HAMB friendly), or one of his many other cars. Unfortunately he sold both of those cars to start building a new house becasue I was on the way.

My 1930 Model A Sedan was one of my daily drivers during the 1987-1989 era. I was living in Tucson, Az. then and I used to drive that car all over the city. This picture was taken of me and the Model A at the Air Force Base. I used to drive it to duty on the Air Base quite often.

I would have been fresh out of highschool, and was probably still been driving my first car, a 1974 chevelle malibu cl***ic, with a 350 and a kickin kmart special sparkomatic c***ette. Alot like this one, but with a ripped top and bondo quarters that flapped in the breeze. [IMG]

Believe I didn't get my gutl*** 1980 cutl*** until I was 19, and 20 years ago I wouldn't have been quite 19 yet. Just before I bought the cutl***, I remember looking at a pretty nice 67 camaro convertable on a lot for 3 grand, and really thinking about buying. Boy that would have been a better then the cutl*** (which wasn't all that much cheaper) and hate to imagine what it would go for today if I would have kept it.

Ahh yes, the days of air shocks, as big of tires of tires as you could fit on back and skinnys in front. Long hair, holey jeans, heavy metal tshirts, and gas somewhere around a buck. Even with a gas guzzler, 5 bucks would take you get you to town, do some cruising around, and back home again, and finding out how bad working full time for a living everyday and no more summer vacation ****ed.

I had a XJS Jaguar..a couple XJ sedans...several Benz..a few Porsche. Somewhere in there I had an NSX..a Sterling ..numerous Acura..Honda..and one absolutely awful 5th Ave..a fricken Voyager..a Daytona Turbo (Chrysler) that expolded..a couple Audi..and a ONE DAY HYUNDAI that piked it's trans at 12 miles on the odo..and many forgetable others.

I never kept a car long enough to get the first oil change..and everyone of them was washed every couple days..
I sometimes forgot what car I had..had to just press the alarm to see the lights flash.

    Yep..Demo hell...

I managed a multi line chain..
I'm nice now..been out of the new car biz for 15 years..;)

    My cars however..
The same XK120S in my avatar..always have driven a Jimmy or Blazer/Tahoe (since the 70s..even still).
A V12..XJS..Gold and Saddle tan..smooth mile gobbler. My kids came home from hospital(birth) in this car.
Still have my autocrosser '75 280Z...rock hard..modified mill..can't p*** emissions (nuetering now for son)
Built a 53 Cad Coupe DeVille for my Dad (he was not able to drive very much after 1989)..and a 55 Chevy hardtop nasty.

Wife had a clamshell Olds 98 wagon she fricken loved.

    Still have my 67 IH TravelAll 1200..tow vehicle...granny gear..NO POWER STEERING..4:10 ***..3/4 ton tractor/earth mover wagon. 4MPG..max speed 55..maybe.

Mostly Honda cycles..Hurricanes..cafe'd GL1000 (still have)..a couple Ducati..
Still addicted after all these years..

After the car biz..I hate new cars. Wife gets them..I like mine real..and seasoned..

Been on the road 22 years, has over 100,000 miles on it. It now has rubber boards, and I got rid of the monochromatic look. Needs freshened up but I am still driving it.
