    thanks Bob, man has it been that long?
    sorry about that, i have been a bit of a recluse lately.

    I leave the 24th of this month . . .

    im hoping to come into town for the show and hangout for a couple of weeks. we will see what happens after i get settled in. it has been a really stressful last couple of months and im in serious crunch mode.

    I love that car!

    Just one question. Are your front shocks mounted upside down? I don't think those are monotubes so I don't think you should mount them that way?

    yea they were upside down, i have flipped them back over, not sure if you can run them like that but it was for visualization purposes, i was trying to decide if i should run some different shocks. i have since gotten used to them.

    I've got the same ones on my roadster. I think they are "Pro" shocks, got them out of the Speedway catalog.

    I am not a big fan of their looks either, mainly because they don't have a dust cover like most of the shocks do in pics from the day. But so far they seem to have worked well for me, and they probably have the right amount of damping for lighter weight vehicles like hot rods.
