Here it is before the new build. This one is on the backburner now while I finish another 56 F100...

  16. Here is mine. There were already pictures of it someone else had posted, but these are some of my favorites. I try to change the trucks look every now and then, this spring I am painting it a different color and possibly changing the wheels. The last pic also has my wife's 62 falcon squire in it.

Why are the wheels not centered in the fender openings from the factory 53/56

It's not just Fat Fenders, 61-63 were like that too, 64 was also that way on the front axle. I have mono leafs in the front of mine which center them a little better, thinking of having new "off center" rears made too. Monos are too low for my back. I believe 57-60s are a little "off center" too.
Just the way Ford made em.

  23. thanks for my new screen saver!!!

  24. Here's my '51 sitting in the wrecking yard I got it from.
Originally yellow, is that an uncommon color for F1's ?
Bed's loose, not a bent frame.

98,000 original miles, flathead 6, ran when parked... hahaha
    It'll be something..... someday...... I hope ....

Got an F5 at the same time.
It donated some parts and a roof for the upcoming F1 chop.

  26. rufstoksilver....
thanks, I have really enjoyed this truck...probably more than any other hot rod I have ever owned. Right now a matte or suede silver??? I painted an old fridge in my shop and the wheels on my sons s-10 the same color and I think I would like it.

  27. Thanks, I am a pinstriper and this truck has had it's experimental trial and error...

  28. Dude, that is without a doubt one of the coolest pictures I have ever seen, not to mention one of the baddest F-1's, I saw shots of it from the Lonestar Round-up and was blowon away by it. One of my friends did a similarly photoshopped of mine when my son and I were coming home from a show.
