TV celebrity spends day in blackberrys film at 11. Just to keep these guys happy you had probably better post a couple of photos so that they can see if they can spot anything they just have to have.

Looks like the dash and the decklid are worth saving for sure, maybe the tailend of the car too...

I'd save the deck lid and hinges. I have seen really bad ones go for hundreds of $$$.

I dunno about that,I read practical Classics and every now and then i see some really interesting stuff turn up in the 'rust in peace ' feature. As an example ,a couple of years back there was a Scottish scrap yard featuring a lot of 70's stuff but up against the building and wrongly (?;) ) described as a Ford Prefect was a 32 tudor sedan which looked like it was still very solid. Looked like a B4 but in the picture i could see the bonnet ,and grill laying in front of it...so it pays to look. Besides,In the UK you are damned sight closer to most places than we are down here .:):)

Dirtynails, your right that sometimes we have good stuff just laying around in the undergroth, But mores the pity I've never found anything worth having!I've been looking for a splitscreen Morris Minor van or Pick-up for years, still ain't found one.Everytime I go somewhere new, I'm always on the look out.One day my time will come!:)

I think its a 35 cant make out the X on the side of the cowl where the hood shuts. It doesnt look to bad, post some more pics when ya get it out.

  24. Damn...some of you guys have a lot more ambition than this old fart. Good luck trying to make something out of nothing. I'd part it out to save several better cars.
Like when I die, my good parts will be up for anyone that can use them.

That is pretty funny when you think about it. I wonder what it looked like *before* it was rolled down the hill, when someone thought it was worthless?!?

I love that magazine Practical Classics. I take my hat off to those guys rebuilding what to my eyes looks like completely un saveable rustpiles. They just fire up the welder and get-er-done!
