What are these parts worth?

I went to see a local guy who had some flathead parts today and have a chance to buy everything he has. Im not trying to take advantage of the guy, but im not a flathead expert. So i was wondering how much you flathead guys think these parts are worth.

rest look like stock flattie, some model a 4 cyl stuff too.

Offer him 200 for it all
