Projects HR Truck saw daylight finally !!!!!

My truck got outside yesterday for the second time EVER! But, I had to push it. It isn't running yet but getting close. Chaddilac came over today and we ran brake lines. Sooo..... its finish the brakes, figure out the freakin carb linkage, run the fuel lines and wiring, and get a drive shaft figured out and fire it up!!!! Can't wait, I am probably about 4 or 5 weeks away if I get time! here are the latest pics from outside.











Oh yea and mount the headlights!!

I have had it in the works for almost 3 years. Been hard at for the past 8 months. Yep, its killin me to be this close.

Looks good. I know the feeling. I had a new baby 2 weeks ago. I am a strong month from finishing. Needless to say the dust has settled in my shop outback.

I'm not sure how far south it is, it's my first time going...only 6 hour drive from here though.. we're going to Grove...

 

Grove is about a hour and a half north and east of me. You must be going to Grand lake.

 

Funny, I don't see any black primer, red wheels or tractor grills!

Just a great way to start my day. That truck is nice and you will forget soon about all the time it took. About the second fill, up you'll be just fine.
