That car's awesome. Only thing it's missing is a hundred feet of black rubber rolled onto the pavement behind it.

    Nice work, she looks great.

That little Pontiac motor looks bitchn in there. I dig teh Strato-streak embelems and the headers... You built the headers, yes?

thanks guys, abone yes i built the headers, got the flanges from djano on here.

oh yeah the pontiac engine isn't so little, not giving up the full details because there's a remote chance of taking it to the hamb drags if it hasn't sold by then. so lets just say it's not stock :)

thanks guys, i'll post more pictures including the chop details (cowl was split, posts leaned, it's about 4 in the back and a little over 5 in front) on monday, i've got to get up in 5 hours to head to the big3 swapmeet.

the blue glass is some sort of polycarbonite, supposed to be alot stronger and more scratch resistant than lexan/plexi. can't remember the name of the place i got it at but they're off mirimar road in san diego and have 20-25 different colors and thicknesses from 1/8 up to an inch in certain colors, they use this stuff to make some sort of dna test eguipment. cuts really easy with a wood band saw and finish the edges of with aaa quick pass of the torch.

Besides the obvious... I love the headers. Very stylish. Plenty of details to keep us drooling over. My compliments sir!:D

I think it turned out really cool! At first the chop sort of looks off but then when you put into perspective of the late 50's and comparable car of back then it looks very accurate. 33-34 make are the baddest drags coupes to work with.

Love the engine and wheel choice. Everything is so trick dude.
