    Seam sealer.
There are a few, "seams" that will allow water in the trunk, that needed to be dealt with.

Love it! Chris, how psyched are you to almost have it done? If this is "The One" I wonder what comes next.

  25. Amazing how California guys need to have the Indiana guys come out to paint and upholster their cars

Must be some truth to the saying "To hell with the way they do it in California"

Cars' looking good Dreadman. Real good.

I've used ChromaClear a few times, that stuff rules! Can;t wait to see it rubbed.

Thanks everybody. This is the nicest car I've ever owned, I'm stoked.

Chroma clear I think it's called, I should look at the can. It is nice stuff, but not cheap. As a primer we used a PCL (brand) 901 polyester primer. The base is Chroma base 99k, the blackest black.
Jeff is doing a great job, he will spend many, many more hours, sanding and buffing, the paint until it's perfect. We will also spray Lizardskin, Sound deadning, and Heatshield, on tuesday, as soon as we get the "special" gun. The body should be on the frame shortly after.

Like Henry said, any colour as long as it's Chroma 99k. Looks like you've got the body to show it off too!
