Engine Compartment Clean up

Any suggestions on how to clean up the EFI crap, or ditch and carb the motor

If it runs and drives well, and I suspect it does, I agree with Sawzall...

Shut the hood and drive it.

 

Make and engine turned panel to cover the motor that matches the firewall.

Those injected SBFs run great. Fuck it, just keep the hood shut. Customs shouldn't have their hoods open anyway

I agree. Keep the hood shut. I get asked to open mine all the time. I tell them it's empty. I had it towed here.

make a new upper intake that looks better, thats what im going to do!!

 

heck the mill in my 49 looks pretty darn good, 3x2, nice trim, finned alum in the right places...and (once I'm done with it) I'll still keep my hood shut....its a custom and I worked damn hard on the lines, section, chop etc to bust em all up by opening the hood....just my take
