Wouldn't be bad on a modern type daily. Like if some one were to put them on a newer Silverado or f-100 because they like to drive something that tells people they are into old **** it might be cool.

I don't think they would work very well on a Old car unless they we tumble finished to resemble the Halibrand wheel that the Orange Crate has. Definitely could do without the striping.

Interesting. I had a set of chrome wheels absolutely the same back in the late 70's only they came with a goofy wire basket that bolt to the center cap.

I've got the chrome ones on my car. They are dated 82. Just added a bullet to the center.

I think they are cool lookin, better than the chrome ones and would look cool on lowered stovebolts or a more bare bones type of ride.

NITROFC, I was there seen them wheels, OK, but not for me. Did you make the breakfast this morning, the toast to "Speed Bill" was cool. Did you go last year, I think this year was a little smaller?

Yes .. the breakfast for Smitty was a blast. The show is is shy around 25 vendors this year and all know why. The place was packed until around 2 when the crowd broke for lunch. Met up with Chopshop and a few other Hambers too

Thats my thoughts exactly, I guess all of the full size 70's Buicks, Olds, and Caddys in the hood that still have them on are in style now.:D

I wonder if this will replace the "Donk" craze?

Yeah, why would traditional rodders want more options for steel wheels? Cragar is gay for even trying to offer us something.

Dad had a set of those rattling things on his 75 Delta 88. I always wondered what they would look like w/o the baskets and painted. Glad I didn't find out then.

Whew, they went with the car when I sold it. I was scared for a minute that I had them out in one of the sheds.

Did they have the repo star wires there? Lots of conflicting information. Some places say they are backordered until next year, one site said the new ones would only be available with painted centers..
