You got it trailer springs with electric linear motors to raise and lower. As far as a panhard I was thinking of equal delrin spacers fastened to the inside of each frame rail that will not allow the springs to move from side to side. Should work.

Same here, I have a 37 cab just waiting to look something like yours. Any pictures of the frame without bed and cab on it? (I'm not against plagiarizing others ideas.):D

Beautiful balance..I like it very much. The bed is very interesting...did you have a hard time deciding how high the bed would be? I'm trying to visualize it about 2" lower. I too went with spare wheels (of the 16" variety). It's pretty hard to find ones bigger than that.. not too many Mirano's lying around. Even the 16's are one out of 25. Keep up the good work!

As far as the bed goes I like to line up the beltline with the reveal on the bed. If you don't do that I think those little pickups don't flow.

That's a great looking truck and you have done alot of good work. The only negative I have to say is I think the top of the bed should have followed the hood line to make it flow front to back. Other than that it looks very cool.

Wow. Killer truck, great stance, it has lot's of "impact", visually. It's clear you gave a lot of thought to the proportions and style, it really works. I like the rear suspension, what are the linear actuators from?

The actuators are a discontinued unit from the electric trolling motor industry.

Cool truck. I like the style a lot. On your rear suspension, are the actuators acting as shocks? and as a way to lift or lower to ride or park height? If the center mount of the leaf spring is the upper fulcrum then won't either the "shock" have to compress or the leaf spring will bend and there will be no dampening from a shock when the suspension compresses? Either way I like your style and way of thinking. Peter

The actuators are not used like shocks. They only raise and lower the suspension. The leaf springs pivot on center so only the the rear half of the spring is used as suspension. I now have tube shocks mounted to the back of the rear end. I hope this helps.
