R.I.P HAMBANDY (Andy Dunn)

I just read this and my heart sunk!
my prayers are with the family,

Are there words to express the feelings news like this brings out? I like to think that he taught many of us the meaning of courage and living for the moment. Even those that knew,got a better understanding of what it meant. Andy will live on way past this thread and even beyond the HAMB. He's living on through everyone he touched in even the smallest way.

 

Bummer... Glad he got to make his dreams come true in the time he had..


Great that such a nice group did so much for him.

Sorry to hear, RIP Andy

 

I talked to Andy from time to time via Facebook, even though I couldn't see him or hear him I knew he was mature beyond his years, or mine. My heart sank when I saw the thread title, like everyone else I was really hoping he'd pull through it.

R.I.P Andy.

His being a part of the HAMB and hotrodding was a breathe of fresh air. I think we''l all be doing a little extra in remembrance of our friend.

I hate seeing people so young die and have to suffer. I so thought if anybody could beat it HAMBANDY could. He had such a great attitude and touched a lot of people.

I don't speak much about faith and my own personal beliefs, but I know there is a heaven and our pal is there...and there's no speed limit, no stop lights, parts are abundant, there's plenty of projects with no rust, the flatheads all run cool, there's shows and drag races every day and righteous car guys like Andy don't have to be sick and never hurt again. Godspeed little buddy.

Hopefully there are hot rods in heaven...
