This is tough. Many of us ever met him, but yet he stood for so much for all of us.
You long for words that will make it all make sense, but they never come.
    RIP Andy.

I wish I could have met Andy, he touched so many here. When I was his age I never dreamed I could have a hot rod. Model kits was the best I could have back then. He had his dream and persued it dispite the problems he had. His inspiration drove others to strive to help him get his dream. It became thier dream too.

    May the dream live on!

P.S. My wife's birthday is Feb 8th, and her cousin's is Mar 17th. They are closer than sisters. These 2 dates I will remember well.

My condolences to the Dunn family. Andy was a fine young man that was taken from you far too soon.

I think that I have read every post on here but I don't recall seeing a link to the obituary. Did I miss it?

Just finished reading every post and I can truthfully say it's the longest thread I've ever read on the HAMB. They say that when you die if you have 5 people that you can consider true friends you have done well in life........................how about 60,000+, Andy wins:cool::)
I still have the Email that Chris sent me after I sent Andy the Jessie James '36 Ford radio controlled car. It will remain on my computer for as long as I'm drawing breath.
To his Mom Dad and brother I extend my heart felt condolences, thanks for sharing him with us. I'll look you up when I get to where you are Andy, you can show me around. In the meantime I'm hoping that good cry my wife and I have been having will eventually ease the pain this thread has brought.

    Well folks,

Andy is laid to rest in a beautiful place in a wooded area. Fitting for Andy being the outdoor type.

Chris wished to thank you all from the bottom of his heart and would also like to thank the boys from the C.B.N car club who took their cars out of storage to take one last cruise with Andy.

The Model a purred like a kitten as it went down the road and the priest couldnt resist getting behind the wheel of Andys pride and joy.....funny the thought he would break something......ah, its a hot rod.....it'll be fine.

If you could only hear what people were saying about you guys you would be honored....then again you should be honored.....you were Andy Dunns friends.

So from the Dunn family.............Thank You

    Regards
    Leon House

I for one wish I could have been there to pay my respects in person.
Just know that all of Andy's HAMB family was there in spirit today.

I've read every post concerning Andy since I've been on the HAMB,always thinking how this young man inspired so many to see life a little differently, and to appreciate what so many of us,myself included, take for granted.
    I wish I had known you,Andy.
    Rest in Peace
