James, you did a couple different versions of this.. one with wide whites and another with skinny and side pipes.. was wondering if you could put the side pipes on this one.. and if it isnt to much work give me another one or two with the www and side pipes but something different..as far as a paint, or designs.. seen what you did to MissPrints edsel and was really impressed, so what ever you think would be cool and different Im up for.. Im still going back and forth between the blue or black with the traditional flames it used to have..then thought what the hell.. just ask for opinions for anything that would set off the car..

A very quick one. Everyone please remember that the quality of work done on your car is commensurate to the quality of the photo. If you don't have the entire car in the pic, etc., it probably won't get worked on quickly (if at all). Speaking for myself, I will spend a lot more time on a good pic because I don't have to do all kinds of "repair" to make the photo look good. That being said...

Oh sure, blame the grrl. . .I see how ya are ;):D

You do remarkable work and you're incredibly talented, and if I'm very lucky, and work very very hard, your "vision" MIGHT (fingers crossed) be coming to fruition shortly. . .if not before Round-Up, then shortly thereafter. . .:D

Thanks again JamesD, and so sorry to have opened up a huge can of Kustom Worms  Mea culpa, mea culpa, culpa mea

Here´s my first thoughts - not what you asked for, but its what I´d probably do. Nice chrome bumpers, and the big change is some `49 Merc side chrome. I think it helps the car look a bit less dumpy, which is what shoeboxes suffer from. I´ll think up some scallop designs too, if you like.

When I had photoshop before someone accidentally erased it from my computer I was on a photochopping frenzy..Here's a few I did for some people. All the vehicles were stock looking when I got a hold of the photos.

Since I don't have photoshop any more, can some take this '68 Coupe DeVille, give it a Copper flaked roof,Satin black body(Yeah,I know, but that's the way his brother wanted it to be done before he passed),and copper metalflake scallop scheme.Maybe put it on some Astro Supremes with 1.6 whites.Or Cragar SS's.Thanks.This is a stock photo of someone else's Cadillac, same year and model though.

[IMG] Going to try and build 4 trucks from this pile of parts. but I need some ideas. Photo 3 is what I want to do with 1 of the trucks, the yellow one I have planned to place it on '86 GMC 1 ton suspension, the black one is already going with a '50 box and fenders and what I want to do is create a truckster (bobbed roadster) out of last of the bodies. I have a pile of parts but I'm not to artistic when it comes to a pencil and paper. I need some ideas and something I point to if I need to expalin something.

How about white headers and firewall with some sort of early sixties drag coupe color on the body, frame, headlights and grille.....maybe a green or even a blue close to or lighter like the shoebox above. thanks

if the correct answer is with then with. I'm open to anyand all ideas, I just need to build a roadster style truck to get some bugs in my teeth and make my eyelids flap. After age 60 your body doesn't react well to rigid frame scoots.

Quick before and after - chopped, sectioned and with the front wheel wells moved forwards a fair bit. I would have ditched the sidemount spare, but it was too involved in photoshop.

Patience dude, theres literally a handful of people who are doing the photoshopping...

I dont speak for everyone, but im no expert rodder, when you say something like "early sixties drag coupe color" I actually have to go away and google what that means...

and stuff like scallops... thats an art... may be on the computer, but you still have to learn what looks good...

then theres just finding the time...

but you provided a decent picture, Im sure it`ll get done...

Just to clarify for whoever, white headers, you mean the headlight bullets? because you also say, paint the body colour on the headlights...
