Flex N Flat Clear question

Where do you buy PPG Flex N Flat clear from? I'm hearing people talk about it all the time, but I can't find it online anywhere except on chat forums.

 

Uh, maybe from a PPG supplier (paint store)...???

Ok, so maybe that was a stupid question. What I meant was, is there any popular places to get it from. I live in a small town, and we don't have many PPG suppliers close. Anyone from the N. Houston area know where the closest PPG supplier (paint store) is?

On the right it has a dealer locator. You're lookin for DCU2060 in the Deltron line.

 

Any PPG paint supplier should handle it. I have had a case where my local FinishMaster PPG supplier said they only stock 1 qt. of it and they were out and couldn't get any in for several weeks? Then the next day I drove an hour away to another FinishMaster and they had cases of it?

On a side note: Strain the clear before putting it in your gun's cup. I always catch little flecks of white stuff after straining and yes it was mixed/shaken properly.

 

the flecks of white is the flattner settling and getting clumpy. i always mechanical shake a flat clear before spraying it. definately cuts down on that.
