One of the many things I recall about raceway park or Blue Island was that the rules for 2 cl***es plus demo derby were on one sheet of paper front and back. Check the detail of the front bumper bracing on ole buds car. The racing memorobilia show in Peotone, Illinois was alot bigger and better attended than I expected. Really neat to see quite a few of the old times there. Tons of diecast, and old racing pics. This was my first time attending, and it's on my list of to do's every year now.
