For me its a tie either roadrocket rumble in indy or the hunnert car pile up mostly because the trip there and back is half the challenge. and so far this year the detroit autorama is topps on my list too. I sure as the season presses on there will be many more contenters. Basically any day on the road in a hot rod is better than a honey do day or work
Hm, since Paso is gone, maybe the Primer Nationals in California, but the Lone Star Round-up in Austin, is kind of my favorite now.
I'm a big fan of the fathers day show at the LA fair grounds in Pomona, Ca. Lots of vendors, a GREAT! swap meet, and lots of big buck cars.
The Hunnert is the best show in the middle of October in the Midwest. But its also the only show in the middle of October in the Midwest. If you know the Midwest in the fall, show's hardcore for sure.
Best show is not the show itself but the "drive"! Set back and enjoy the ride, the people along the way and you can't go wrong!

For me there's nothing like Bowling Green Kentucky in June. The Hot Rod Reunion is simply unbeatable.

For the Northwest shows Hot Rod-A-Rama was by far the best show period! since it's gone I'd say: Billetproof Chehalis and any show put on by Iron Buyer & the boys from Amocat Speed Emporium.
if you are wanting the best shows - try Hunnert Car Pileup - Best 1 day show in the world Lonestar Round Up - as a fanboy.......I geek on the music and the cars and dont get to sleep that weekend all that much cause there is so much going on Santa Maria - the quality of the cars there is a bit higher than other shows I go to and at this show you get to see them DRIVING - unlike the Grand National Roadster show (another great show)
