Have been following this post for a while & i have to say your work ethic is phenomenal...
The truck is turning out great with lots of hand made parts.

Will the radiator support sneak under the air cleaner ( looks close from the photo ) or will you need an extension from the top of the carb to lift it out of the way?

You are really squeezing every moment from every day...
    Keep it up
    Spencer.

No wonder she can keep working. She does all her work sitting down ;)

I have never seen so many pics of people working on their cars while seated. You seem to have a seat for all occasions.

    Good work, BTW.

this is the first attempt at making the headlight mount 4.12.09

first attempt at making headlight mounts 4.12.09

first mock-up....we positioned the headlights to where they were supposed to be with the grill shell on and I decided that i wanted them lower.....if you notice that in this picture, they're tacked on top of the frame
which meant more work haha. oh well.
so we re-adjusted the mounts and cut off the previous ones we made into two smaller triangle pieces - tacked them on the inside of the boxed frame to make them slightly lower - as seen below....

Lots more progress I see - even with the "C" notch you still have plenty of meat left on that chassis.

Nice score on those 36' rear radius rods - don't know about over there but they are getting hard to find over here.

By your photos it looks like it was a great day out....
