What a transformation - way better! Not digging the header wrap and maybe some smaller on the front but hands down better than when it was purple.

    Nice work, Ken!

Get your tools ready, mine is up next in about 3 weeks. Are you and John down for some chassis assembly and brake line madness?

  3. Most definitely - John may have a bucket by then as well :)

  4. I was gonna say "whatta dick" but nevermind.
I agree. Awesome looking car. :D

    It is contageous, isn't it?

If I scrounge hard enough for parts over the next month, I might just be able to drive it up for Billetproof. You might want to come down here the weekend of May 1st. Canfield Swap Meet.

Now I remember the post with the buick valve cover, the whole project came out pretty neat, have fun with it.

  9. You do that, and let me know what I can do to help.

Right - what's "traditional" about it? The header wrap?

I'm not bagging on his car, its his, and its OK.

But it would also have been OK if it had been cleaned up...

    Are you sure this isn't 2 different "T's" ?
WOW what a huge difference from the Ho Hum run of the mill "T's" out there !
The new "T" looks like Pure Hell on wheels ! Plain Bitchin' !

  18. I decided to put my first striping down on a car tonight, it's not perfect but I like it. I have been practicing off & on on things around the garage, this is the first time I had the nerve to put paint to body.

What is the rear tire size? Do you know the diameter? I'd like to get rid of the M/Ts on mine.

  21. L78-15 is the size. Coker lists the overall diameter at 29.3

  22. Whoops I had the diameter wrong, it's 29.3, just fixed.

    Striping looks GREAT!

  24. You're just saying that because you expect free striping from me.

Just bear in mind that free doesn't always mean good :)

  25. Don't care for T'Buckets much. They all end up looking pretty much the same. Yours however looks good. Just don't over do it.

  26. I hear ya, visually its pretty much done save for WWW cheaters and lakes headers.

Yeah, but being that my car will be flat black (mostly) means fixing your "whoops" is just a peice of sandpaper and a spray can away.:D
