I'll be there to drag home something I really don't need. Or the start of my next project depending on your perspective. Wanna guess my wife's perspective?

I'm right across the street from you. Row 19 368 370 372. Would rather be at the Roundup but like you, I gotta make a living.

is it sat or sunday also?

  8. We will be on 9 down by the fence on the West side. Golf carts, tools, whatever we can find for an excuse to go to a swap meet.
I haven't seen you since probably '70 or so, when I used to pick up Mike Norris's '92 blocks.

I am going down there Friday evening and will be there all day Saturday, maybe Sunday. I am carrying a 1968 C-10 and some Mustang and Nova parts. I am setting up in my friends spot, but I can't remember the number.

Well, our forecast here is for rain starting late tonight (Thursday) thru

Friday and into Saturday so I can't give you a great guess

I can tell you that "typical" is that by noon on Friday its about 1/2 full
Saturday by 9:00 -10:00 is packed , there is lots of junk too but, some good ( often over priced :( )

By Saturday night most have had enough and are gone so Sunday less than 25 % of the spaces have anything left , makes it hard to walk it

Like playing connect the dots ..

with the rain it might make people hang around for Sunday ?

Its right off 35 just a mile and half of so ..

I'll be there Saturday looking for stuff for my Model A project: dash, headlights, deck lid, gauges, misc hardware, etc. I'll stop by #368 and say hey.

Ryno, its a pretty good swap meet but pretty much done be Sunday most of the time. If you dont have motel reservations try the Country Inn & Suites 1.817.831.9200. Its on North side Drive and I35w. Its a nice place with a great Mexican food resturant next door and its about 3 miles from the swap meet.

There now and its a wonderfull rainy day at the swap meet. Any day at a swap meet is better than a day at work though. Supposed to clear up after today. Guess I'll sit in the truck and play on the puter for a while.
