We then went to grab some dinner in Taylor -- more barbecue!!
That's TJ and Lisa's cool GMC pickup, with them on each side of it. They also made the trip down from Nebraska with TJ's parents. I always enjoy being around them - great people!

On Friday morning we went on the Garage Crawl organized by Mark of the Donut Gang. Thanks for putting it together, Mark!
We went to a few shops and stopped at Dell Children's Hospital -- did alot of driving around in the rain and got pretty wet, but still had a great time! ...especially considering the alternative - being at work, like I am now!

Yeah, that looks like CTC Auto Ranch, sits next to a strip in Denton. When I was living in Dallas, I found it when I took a trip to OKCity to meet up with TBirdBrian to get some '67 Tbird seats I bought from him. They charge ya $5 to get into the yard and browse. Wife and I did it once just for gits and shiggles and had fun. At first ya think, "$5?...jeez", but when you leave 6 hours later......well.....ya know....it's cheaper than a 2hr movie.

Never bought anything there though, ended up moving to Austin a couple months later...
