    Nancy for years deviated from the norm with a series of power plants that defied convention, and yet he was able to make them work for most of the time. This Chrysler hemi top gasser served as his most orthodox effort, for the next year, his new AA/GD was 427 Chevy powered despite it being sponsored by Century Oldsmobile

    ....and that was at the Hollywood Bowl (thats Highland Blvd. in the background)...before the Great Western Exhibit Center and waaaaay before the Pomona Fairgrounds.

    Just wanted to let you know I've been jumping through this site and notice a lot of my photos and photos from my collection which I don't mind at all.

    My point is when I post if if its already been posted don't get mad at me as I don't whats been posted of stuff I have.

    Does anyone out there have any photos of this sidewinder it ran in So Cal in1962-63 it was my dad's car and he wasn't much for saving photos

    I know the Jayhawker was for sale a year or two ago; hadn't heard what became of it.

    Last I saw of the Jayhawker, Chet Gibbs in Indianapolis owned it and was running it in nostalgia events. May have been him that had it for sale.

    What was the matter with our parents, never keeping photos. In mines defense, ive had some nice drag cars and dont have hardly any track shots either.

    I switched hard drives this morning, so I apologize if I trhow in some repeats. My failing brain cant even remember what I ate for lunch yesterday let alone what pics I threw on
