Anyone reconise this car - bagged 51 chevy 2dr, gold with black roof??

Thinking of buying it except it's in another country from me - just wondered if anyone knows any history about it? Cheers

 

There was a big write-up from the owner on the paint and whatnot a while ago. I know Alex Gambino went out and saw this car in person. It looks like the F*#% You 54 minus a chop!!!!
