What does gernade inspector in some avatars mean? I asked a couple members that have them and they dont know bob
Your a newbie till you reach a certain amount of post, then you get upgraded.But, don't just start posting to everything just to move up.
It is determined by how many posts you have made. When you start out you are a "fng" (you figure what that means)---then you move up through various stages as your post count increases.
Your status grows as you post more... but if you get 500-1000 posts in a month, we know you're just over-zealous. If you want to bypass all that nonsense... become an ALLIANCE MEMBER!
Using the post count alone without regard for quality over quantity reminds me of the military. Time in service got you rank, even if you were a douche bag, or as they say in Holland, a dutch bag.
Pay the 50 bucks join the Alliance, get all of the great perks and discounts and lose the FNG tag. Money might be worth it just to lose the FNG tag.
exactly - we say DUTCH bag all the time. Mainly cause its funnier than actually saying Douche. Having to explain this is like having to explain what a grenade inspector is.
grenade inspector simply means you have posted enough posts to advance from FNG rather like making PFC out of basic training instead of still being a buck private. As the guys said, it's appreciated if your posts have some real content and you aren't just posting "bitchin car Dude" 50 times a day to run up the count. Or buy an Alliance membership and don't worry about what level you are at.
thanks for thge guys thet responded intelligently. I cant wait to get 3764 posts like that douche bag from Ga. I dont think that does this forum any good, I have learned some things and answered some things that i hope helped others. bob
