Looks and sexual attraction aside, there has never and will never be a better, more loved, liked, and respected ambassador for motorsports of all kinds then Linda Vaughn.
I, like the rest of red-blooded male America lusted after her for decades. Then in the late 80's, I got to spend almost an hour with her with only two other people in the room at the SEMA show. She was so nice, genuine and charming that I couldn't have told you if she even had a chest untill she unpinned her "Save The Salt" button off it and gave it to me because there were none left. One of my most prized pieces of automobilia.
Oh, and of course she is a Southern girl.

Maybe, but while she was driving around holding onto large shifters Jungle Pam was getting her hands dirty helping Jim....

  3. Not buying it - I have always had a wide range when it comes to age with women - my wife is 5 years older than me and it wouldn't matter if it was 20 years difference, especially if it was Linda Vaughn!

Perhaps this young feller likes other young fellers and needs to step through that closet door . . .

  4. Looking over the pictures I'm laughing at how many guys that posed with her were not looking at the camera. Like talking to any woman with great assets it is hard to stay focused on the eyes. You guys that say she has a great mamary I agree. I'm gonna look one more time at the photos.:D

I have to agree with barqsnut. She is genuine and friendly, and a wonderful lady. I was privileged to meet her for the first time shortly after I went to work at IRP in 1985, and each time after, it was, "Hey John, can you get your golf cart and give me a ride to the tower?" or wherever she wanted to go.

One night at our Busch Series race in the late 80s, I was on the microphone and mentioned to the packed house that there were two signs our NASCAR event had "arrived." I said, "There's a guy outside the front gate with a sign saying, 'I need tickets,' and Linda Vaughn is here."

She made it a point to come over and thank me, and say it was one of the nicest things she'd ever heard.

And she NEVER forgets a name. From then on, whenever she's at an event of any kind and I go past without seeing her, it's "John Potts, you'd better get over here and say hello to me."

    A friendship I really treasure.

  9. Hell, when I was is my 20's I always thought a 42 year old MILF was hot. They define the term "woman". They'd show ya' a better time :D than a skanky, skinny little young Twigy. Of course, these are just observations  .

Now, 30+ years later, a 50+ year old GrandmotherILF looks good  .

Great Shot. Darrell Droke was the driver/mechanic for the only 1965 T-Bolt Fairlane as well. He then went on to long nose 66 Mustang Funny Car. In this pic he was the tuner/driver for O'Connor Lincoln/Mercury in the 302 gurney eagle Cougar...

I read a recent article talking abut current & past economic problems. One of the segments was about the collapse of the Penn Central Railroad back in the mid 70s. It mentioned a sex scandal involving the PCRR & Linda V. was mentioned by name! Anyone heard any details?

Don't think we need details. This lady is a class act. Her business is just that, her business.
