Pasadena Roadster Reliability Run...this Saturday..lotsa pics!

Whos going?? 32gal and I will be there in her Roadster. Hope to see some of you there. I will be taking plenty of pictures to post.

 

My brother and I will be there. We are both going for our fifth finishing tag.

I'll have my '32 Washington Blue Roadster there for round two. Last year was great and my favorite event of the year. The FOGGER, Ron

I'll be there for my 3rd, made some changes, taller front tires & stock windshield for an older feel, see you all Sat am. No top though , that's a trial fit has to be fitted to the seat roll .

No Problem Brad , I know the feeling after driving to Austin , this crept up on me , I "found out " about it on Tuesday , quick check up & a few changes before Sat am, see you then .

Trying to bang out a hood incase it rains...it's looking kinda shitty though. Hopefully it will take shape without an english wheel. See ya on Saturday rain or shine!

I thought the Pasadena Roadster Reliability run was limited to early 'Period' correct roadsters... Flatheads and bangers? Maybe I heard wrong, someone set me straight please.

 

Hemis are OK modern engines (overheads ) must have a full hood but car must fit period, roadsters should appear to be late 40's style , only period correct wheels ( magnesium OK ) I believe are the criteria. As the 1st one was in 1948 for about 10 years , that is the period they prefer .

All SBC must be covered with a hood. I just spent the past week and bout 1000 bucks getting my roadster "period" correct for the run. Ill be there ran or shine following B-rad making sure his pile makes it! haha See y'all there!

 

Its limited to what the club accepts! You submit an application,with pictures and they respond yea or nea. As stated above sbc and such must have a full hood.
