Well, I drove one of these back in high school and always wanted another one to fix up. I found it on CL and decided to drive down to Alvarado (short drive, 200 mile round trip) and look it over. The folks that owned it said they've been driving it since it was new, said they had plans to (fix it up) and keep it but decided on something else. Today I started tearing it down to replace the rusted out fenders and well, I got carried away and decided to go all the way, frame off resto. Here's a few pictires of what it looked like when I brought it home on Saturday and what it looks like today. I have only a few weeks to get it done because I'm selling my other truck. Let me know what you guys think and any suggestions what you'd do with it.
