How about the "Lawman" the supercharged Mustang that was made to show off Ford performance products back during the Vietnam war period. Was that one also Boss 429 or Sohc anyone remember?

you got too remember these people think that there hot shit and everybody should do them things for free or half priced.
16,000. is cheap, you can't build a drag car for that price, and they know that look what they pay to race now.
thanks for the t-shirt you gave use at bakersfield that was really great of you. my father and i were out there with dale emory. at garvins camp.
hope all is will at your end.

Remember those pr shots of them loading onto the ship?
I think they were Boss motors...I seem to remember them being late 60's?
Anyone have any pix of them running?

Kalitta must have had some problems with the Boss as he reverted to Hemi power but still had Boss 429 signwritten on the car. Probably didn't want to let down those Ford fans. Anyone else have any details on the reason for change in engines ?

Mike Halloran's car was rat powered. I saw it crash at the 72 PDA meet at OCIR. Crashed mid track. Halloran was involved in the design/maintenance of rocket engines

This is the "Original""Inch Pincher", before the candy paint and flames. When they were just making a name for themselves. Man, the sound of that thing when it was wound up tight. You had to be there................!
